Polishing and crystallisation step by step

The marble showed the wear of years of use: lost shine, scratches and joints that had given way. We worked through four stages:

• Grinding to level and remove accumulated imperfections
• Progressive diamond polishing to open the pores and prepare the surface
• Repair of deteriorated joints
• High-gloss crystallisation for the mirror finish

The finish that tells the truth

Crystallisation is the hardest to get right. The reflection either comes out clean and even, or it does not. In a villa with marble floors, when it works, it is hard to look away.

Beyond the shine, the crystallisation layer hardens the surface and makes day-to-day cleaning easier without special products.
