Specific Surface Treatments

At Reina Multiservicios we apply specific surface treatments in Alicante and the Costa Blanca to protect, waterproof and improve the functionality of indoor and outdoor floors and cladding. We work with professional water-repellent, oil-repellent and anti-slip products, adapting each treatment to the type of material and conditions of use. Water-repellent treatments are particularly relevant in the province of Alicante, where the combination of sun, sea salt and aggressive occasional rainfall rapidly deteriorates limestones, fired clay, terracotta, paving stone and other porous surfaces. We apply deep-penetration water repellents that repel water without altering the natural appearance of the material. These treatments are also an effective solution for terraces, swimming pools and natural stone façades that need protection against moisture and stains without losing their original texture.
