Reina Multiservicios offers concrete polishing and treatment services in Alicante and the Costa Blanca for industrial warehouses, car parks, workshops, logistics centres and community garages. Untreated concrete constantly generates dust, easily absorbs oil and grease stains and progressively deteriorates over time. A polishing and densifying process transforms that surface into a compact, dust-free floor that is easy to clean and has a significantly longer service life.
Our concrete polishing process combines mechanical phase-by-phase sanding with the application of lithium silicate hardeners, which penetrate the concrete and densify it from within. The result is a hard, dust-proof surface with the desired level of shine: from matte finish to high gloss. For industrial warehouses and sectors where hygiene is critical — such as the food or logistics industry — we also apply specific sealers that prevent liquid absorption and facilitate cleaning protocols.
One of the most common cases we handle is the re-treatment of existing concrete floors that have lost their properties over the years. Crack repair, levelling of deteriorated areas and application of a new densifying and sealing cycle allows the floor to be restored without demolition or a new screed. This option is more economical, faster and generates far less waste than a complete floor replacement.
If your facility has concrete floors that generate dust, absorb stains or have deteriorated areas, contact us for a quote. We work in Alicante, Elche, Denia, Torrevieja and across the province; we also handle specific projects in Valencia and Murcia. We carry out no-obligation technical visits to assess the condition of the floor and propose the most appropriate treatment for each installation’s use and conditions.

Contact usFrequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a polished and a treated floor?
A polished floor undergoes a mechanical grinding and buffing process to remove imperfections, level the surface and improve its appearance. A treated floor, in addition to polishing if necessary, receives hardening and sealing products that reinforce the concrete, reduce dust and protect against stains and wear.
Can it be done outdoors?
The execution time depends on the condition of the floor, the surface to be treated and the desired finish. It can range from quick one- or two-day jobs to more comprehensive processes requiring several days.
How long does the process take?

What are the advantages of concrete polishing?
Concrete polishing improves the aesthetics of the floor, increases its durability, makes cleaning easier and reduces dust generation. It is also a sustainable solution, making use of the existing floor.
Does a polished floor become slippery?
Not necessarily. The level of slip resistance depends on the final finish. Anti-slip treatments can be applied, especially recommended for outdoor areas, garages or wet zones.
Does a polished concrete floor require much maintenance?
No. Maintenance is straightforward: regular cleaning with water and neutral products. With proper care, the floor retains its strength for many years.
Can old or deteriorated concrete be polished?
Yes. Before and during polishing, repair, levelling and restoration work can be carried out to improve the condition of the floor and achieve a uniform finish.
What finishes can be achieved?
Polished concrete allows for different finishes: matte, satin or high-gloss depending on the style and use of the space. The floor can also be properly prepared for subsequent application of epoxy paint, ensuring good adhesion and greater durability. Water-repellent and oil-repellent treatments can also be applied to protect against moisture, oils, grease and stains.
