The Challenge: vinyl carpet with ingrained dirt in a high-traffic area

MedPlaya Hotel Río Park commissioned us to carry out deep cleaning of its braided PVC vinyl wall-to-wall carpets, installed in corridors and high-frequency walkways. This type of material accumulates grease, ingrained dust and organic residues that conventional cleaning methods cannot eliminate. Before the intervention, the visible result was a clear loss of the original colour and a compacted texture.

Process: degreasing with rotary machine and dry absorption

We applied a degreaser specific to braided PVC, allowing the necessary dwell time for it to penetrate the weave of the material. We then worked with a professional rotary machine to dislodge the dirt without damaging the fibres. The released dirt is absorbed in the same process, preventing it from being redistributed across the surface.
